Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kamantara Villas. By making a booking with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. We kindly ask that you read them carefully. These terms are in place to ensure a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay for all our guests.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change.
  • To secure a booking, a deposit may be required. The exact amount and payment schedule will be confirmed during the reservation process.
  • Full payment must be completed as per the terms of your booking confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received by the due date.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Our cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the rate, promotion, and dates of your booking.
  • The specific cancellation policy applicable to your reservation will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking. We strongly recommend reviewing these details carefully before confirming your reservation.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
  • Check-out: From 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
  • To ensure a smooth arrival, we kindly request that guests inform us of their estimated arrival time in advance.
  • Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Villa Rules & Policies

  • Parties & Events: To maintain the tranquility of our sanctuary, parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the villas. Guests who wish to smoke may do so in designated outdoor areas.
  • Pets: Pets may be allowed on request only. Please contact us prior to your arrival to discuss our pet policy. Additional charges may apply.
  • Noise: Kamantara Villas is a peaceful retreat. We ask that all guests respect the quiet enjoyment of others and keep noise to a minimum, especially between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each villa must be strictly adhered to.

5. Child Policy

  • Children of all ages are welcome at Kamantara Villas.
  • Cribs: For infants (0-3 years), a baby crib can be provided free of charge, subject to availability. Please request this at the time of booking.
  • Extra Beds: For children and adults, extra beds can be provided for a surcharge of IDR 150,000 per person, per night, subject to availability. The cost for extra beds is not included in the total booking price and must be paid for separately during your stay.

6. Damage to Property

  • Guests are responsible for any damage, breakages, or loss caused to the villa and its contents during their stay.
  • We reserve the right to charge guests for the full cost of replacement or repair. We ask that any incidents are reported to our staff as soon as they occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Kamantara Villas will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or valuables of any guest.
  • While we take every care to ensure the safety of our guests, Kamantara Villas is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. We recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

8. Privacy

  • Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Kamantara Villas reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
